FROZEN STRAWBERRY PRESERVES OR
JAM
 
2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 pkg. Penjell

Combine strawberries and sugar and let set for 20 minutes. Boil water and Penjell for 1 minute. Pour into strawberries and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes. Pour in jars and let stand until firm.
