FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 qts. fresh strawberries (whole)
2 1/4 c. sugar

Mix in large pan and bring to a boil. Add 4 cups sugar and boil for 15 minutes (the longer it boils, the thicker it gets). Remove from heat and set aside. Stir once in a while for a period of 8 hours. Pour into freezer containers and store in freezer until you are ready to use. Not necessary to refreeze once thawed.
