FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar

Combine and let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine: 1 c. water

Boil together 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add berries and stir about 2 minutes. Pour into freezer containers and cover. Let set at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer. Once opened, keep in refrigerator. Makes 4-5 containers.
