FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. fresh crushed strawberries
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
1 c. light corn syrup
5 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Measure 4 cups level of berries into kettle. Shake pectin in slowly and stir thoroughly. Set aside 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add syrup and sugar and stir. Warm to 100 degrees or temperature of baby's milk. When sugar is dissolved, add lemon juice. Freeze.
