SUNRISE SHAKE 
1 (8 oz.) carton lowfat yogurt
1 med. banana, peeled, cut up and frozen
1/2 c. chopped fresh or frozen peaches, strawberries, or blueberries
2 tsp. honey

Combine the yogurt, frozen banana, peaches or berries, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
