NEAPOLITAN SPOONABLE SHAKE 
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tsp. coconut extract
1/2 c. cold milk
1 lg. banana, peeled & cut into pieces
1 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened
1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened
1/2 c. cold milk

Place vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup milk and coconut extract in blender. Puree until smooth. Add strawberry ice cream and blend until well combined. Pour mixture into a second bowl and freeze. Place banana and 1/2 cup milk in blender. Puree until smooth. Add chocolate ice cream and blend until well combined. Pour into a third bowl and freeze. Freeze mixtures until spoonable (about 2 hours).

To serve, layer about 1/3 cup of each mixture in tall chilled glasses. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
