SUNSHINE FRUIT SHAKE | |
1 lb. (1/2 qt.) crushed pineapple (unsweetened) including juice 1 lb. (1/2 qt.) sliced peaches in light syrup 10 oz. wt. (2 c.) strawberries (fresh or frozen) halved or sliced 1 1/4 lb. bananas, very ripe, sliced 1 c. nonfat dry milk powder 1 pt. cold water 2 tsp. lemon juice Honey or other artificial sweetener (optional) to taste Combine all undrained fruits with powdered milk in a blender or food processor. (You may have to combine ingredients in a bowl and do the blending in batches.) Blend until smooth, gradually adding water. Add lemon juice. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serving size: 3/4 cup for 12 servings. |
