FRUIT YOGURT SHAKE 
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 packet Equal brand sweetener
3/4 c. frozen unsweetened fruit (bananas, peaches, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)

Place yogurt, vanilla and sweetener in blender container. Whirl, gradually adding frozen fruit. Yield: 2 cups. Each Serving: 1/2 cup. Each serving may be exchanged for 1/2 Fruit; 1/2 Skim milk.
