PRIZE WINNING APPLE PIE 
PIE CRUST:

Mix ingredients together and divide into 2 pie crusts. Roll out and line 9 inch pie plate. 1 level tsp. salt 3/4 c. Crisco 5 tbsp. ice cold water

FILLING:

5 to 7 tart apples
3/4 to 1 c. sugar (depending on taste)
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pat 2 tbsp. butter (all over the apples)
