BELGIUM PUMPKIN TORTE 
CRUST:

1 dry yellow cake mix (less 1 c. of cake mix)
1 egg
1/2 c. oil

Mix together and spread in 13"x9" greased pan.

FILLING:

1 can pumpkin

Add ingredients as directed on can and pour over top of crust.

TOPPING:

1 c. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. softened butter

Blend together and sprinkle over filling. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Time varies as to browning. If a glass pan is used, bake for only 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 36.
