1 pkg. graham crackers
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Press in a spring form pan. Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
4-5 lemons, plus rind
Vanilla to taste

Mix filling ingredients. Alternating eggs and sugar, beating after each addition. Pour over crust. Bake 50-60 minutes at 300 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
Lemon juice

Combine and pour over filling. Bake 5 minutes. Cool 20-30 minutes before removing from pan.
