PASTA A LA DAVE 
2-3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1/2 c. pine nuts
Olive oil
Capers, drained
1 lb. angel hair pasta
1 c. (or more) bottled Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese

Carefully saute garlic and pine nuts in a little olive oil, stirring constantly, until garlic and nuts are light brown. Do not let them burn. Add capers and set mixture aside. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat Italian dressing in small saucepan. Add garlic mixture. Drain pasta and toss with dressing mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste.
