LEMON SOY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice

Combine soy sauce and lemon juice in a 7 x 12 inch flat baking pan. Remove skin from chicken. Wash and pat dry. Place chicken in pan meaty side up. Spoon soy and lemon mixture over top of chicken. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour, turning after first 30 minutes. Baste chicken and place on serving platter. Serves 3, 166 calories per serving.
