CHERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1/2 lb. graham crackers crushed (2 c. crumbs)
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (1 lb.) cherry pie filling

Graham crackers may be broken into food processor and processed until fine crumbs are obtained.

Add melted butter and granulated sugar mixing well; reserve about 1/3 cup to garnish top. Press remaining crumb mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes; cool.

Mix Dream Whip as directed on package; fold in cream cheese which has been blended with confectioners' sugar. Spread mixture over crumbs. Top with pie filling. Garnish with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate overnight before serving. This may be frozen for later use.
