BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
16-24 oz. bag-frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 roll of Townhouse crackers
2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli, according to package directions. Mix broccoli, soup and cheese in bowl. Spread over crushed crackers in casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
