DUTCH APPLE CAKE 
CRUST:

18-20 graham crackers (approximately 1 c. crumbs)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

3 eggs, separated
1 can condensed milk
1 can applesauce
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix crust ingredients and press into pie tin bottom and sides, leaving some for top.

FILLING: Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside.

Combine egg yolks, condensed milk, applesauce and lemon juice. Fold into egg whites; pour into pie tin. Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
