DUTCH APPLE CAKE 
CRUST:

18-20 graham crackers (approximately 1 c. crumbs)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour

Press into pie tin bottom and sides. Leave some crumbs for top.

FILLING:

3 eggs, separated
1 can condensed milk
1 can applesauce
Juice of 1 lemon

Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Combine egg yolks, condensed milk, applesauce and lemon juice. Fold into egg whites, pour into pie tin. Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
