BUSY DAY BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. All-Bran
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins

Combine bran, molasses and milk in bowl; let stand. Sift next 3 ingredients together. Beat egg into bran mixture; add raisins. Sift in dry ingredients; stir just until mixed. Pour into Teflon muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
