DIP FOR FRUIT 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 pt. whipping cream

Beat eggs, add sugar, flour, pineapple juice and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick. When mixture cools, fold into whipped cream.

This can be used as a dip or you can cut fruit in bowl and use this as a salad dressing.
