SKILLET PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
Melt 1 stick butter in large size black skillet and mix in 1 cup light brown sugar. Layer pineapple over sugar and maraschino cherries; sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Mix cake mix by directions using pineapple juice in place of water and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees till done. Cool 5 minutes before turning out of pan. |
