1 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs (beat yellows, then whites, add to mixture)
5 tbsp. or more pineapple juice
1/2 c. butter, melt in skillet
3/4 c. brown sugar

Sprinkle brown sugar over butter in skillet. Lay pineapple in skillet with butter and sugar. Pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
