SPICY SPINACH SALAD BOWL 
3 med. oranges, peeled and sliced
1 med. unpeeled cucumber, thinly sliced
1 c. halved and seeded red or green grapes
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. prepared French dressing
1 tbsp. honey or brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 qt. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
Pomegranate seeds, if desired

In medium bowl, combine oranges, cucumber, grapes and onions. Refrigerate up to 6 hours to blend flavors. Combine French dressing, honey, cinnamon, cloves and ginger; blend well. Refrigerate until served. In large bowl, combine spinach, orange mixture and dressing; toss lightly. If desired, garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately. Makes 8 one cup servings.
