FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

Pillsbury sugar cookies (roll in dairy case)

Pat in a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 10 minutes); let cool.

FILLING:

8 + 4 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and frost crust; layer fresh fruit on top of filling (kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, etc.)

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix these ingredients in pot. Boil, then simmer 1 minute until thickened. Let cool. Pour over fruit. Then chill.
