1 pkg. turkey drumstick steaks
1 c. pizza sauce
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
6 slices (3 inch sq. each) mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place turkey in square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix pizza sauce, tomato sauce and sugar. Pour over turkey. Cover tightly with aluminum foil; bake until tender and no longer pink, about 45 minutes. Top each steak with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheeses are melted, about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

4 to 6 servings.
