ITALIAN BRACCIOLE 
Round steak, cut real thin
2 pods fresh garlic
Italian bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Onion
Pa rsley

Cut garlic real small with knife. Cut onion real small pieces. Take steak, lay down, then on each piece of steak, put salt, pepper, onions, oregano, parsley, garlic, onions, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Then roll steak, use toothpick to hold together. Then drop into hot spaghetti sauce. Simmer until tender.

This recipe is almost like my bracciole except I also put hard boiled eggs in the filling. I also brown each roll in the frying pan just long enough to brown the out side of each roll, and I use a couple different cheeses not just one type. This is very yummy! :)
