2 cans kidney beans
1 clove garlic
1 sm. onion
Italian salad dressing
Salt & pepper

Rinse beans and drain. Mince fine the garlic and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour vinegar and oil dressing (Italian dressing) over and marinate several hours.
