CHEESE BACON QUICHE 
6 crisp strips of cooked bacon
1/2 c. coarse grated Swiss cheese
The custard: 3 lg. eggs plus milk or cream to make 1 1/2 c.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Break up the pieces of bacon and strew in the bottom of the prebaked shell; sprinkle on all but a spoonful of cheese. Pour in custard to within 1/8 inch of the rim; sprinkle on the rest of the cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes an 8 inch baked shell serving 6.
