GRANOLA BARS 
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together eggs, brown sugar, oil, flour, vanilla, salt and oatmeal. Add 3 or 4 of the following ingredients: coconut, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, chopped nuts. Mix and press into ungreased 11 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Don't overbake.
