CAJUN SHRIMP 
Time to prepare: 30 minutes. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Oven temperature: 400 degrees. Serves 8-10.

2 sticks butter
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. ground rosemary
2 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic
4 lemons (2 juiced, 2 sliced)
5-6 lbs. lg. shrimp in shells

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl mix everything except shrimp and lemon slices. Place shrimp and lemons in deep dish; pour sauce over. Bake 20 minutes. Baste several times. Serve with French bread. Bread may be broken and dipped into sauce.
