MOCK CHICK DUMPLINGS 
4 chicken bouillon cubes
8 c. water
1/4 sm. onion, diced finely
6 flour tortillas, sliced in squares
Salt & pepper

Place bouillon cubes, water, onions into saucepan on medium heat. Cook until cubes dissolve. Add tortilla squares, cook for 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve and enjoy. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
