PORK CHOP RICE DISH 
1 c. Minute Rice
2 c. tomato juice
1 onion sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. sliced cabbage
1/2 c. water
Pork chops

Layer first 6 ingredients in 13 x 9 inch pan. Place pork chops or chicken breasts on top. Salt and pepper. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
