PORK CHOP DISH 
4 med. pork chops
1 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 med. onions
6 med. potatoes

Peel potatoes and slice like home fries. Chopped onion with tomatoes (mix). In electric skillet brown chops on each side. Place potatoes on top of chops. Place onions on top of potatoes. Add tomato sauce. Add 6 ounces of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Serve with side salad.

One meal in one dish - easy to clean up and tastes great. This dish can include carrots and celery and mushrooms, if desired.
