CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 c. crushed chocolate cream filled cookies (12)
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degree for 10 minutes, remove from oven.

Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips; pour mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or over done (center should be set, but will not be completely firm). Cool on rack. Chill thoroughly before removing rim of pan. Keep refrigerated.
