2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift first 5 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. I sprinkle top with powdered sugar, but you can frost it with chocolate frosting.
