BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen O'Brian potatoes
1 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown and drain sausage. Separate rolls into triangles and spread on cookie sheet to form crust. Spread sausage on crust. Sprinkle on potatoes on top with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. May be frozen and microwaved.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
