BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground pork 8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls 1 c. hash browns 1/2 c. mushrooms 1/2 c. bacon 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. onion, chopped Brown ground pork. Cook bacon and drain. Separate crescent rolls; place in an ungreased pizza pan or a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Press over the bottom and up sides to form crust; seal the perforations. Spoon ground pork over crust. Sprinkle hash browns, crumbled bacon and mushrooms over ground pork. Top with cheeses. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and onion over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
