BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. hot or mild country sausage 1 pkg. refrigerator pizza dough or crescent rolls 1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes thawed 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Cook sausage until brown; drain. Place pizza dough in lightly greased 12 inch pizza pan. Press over bottom, making slight edge all around (if using crescent roll dough, put rolls in pan with points together and use perforation to make crust). Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and top with cheddar cheese. In bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
