CHICKEN (OR TURKEY) AND DRESSING
2 qts. chicken or turkey broth
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lg. ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. MSG
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 recipe cornbread (either mix or scratch) baked
6-8 slices white or whole wheat bread, torn into sm. pieces
4 eggs

Bring broth to boil. Add onions, celery and seasonings. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add breads and cool slightly. Beat eggs and stir into cooled mixture. Pour into casserole dish or into cavity of turkey, cover (if using dish), and bake for about 1 hour at 350. This may also be cooked in the microwave for about 15 minutes total time, stirring and turning after each 4 to 5 minutes. Makes a lot. About 10-12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
