TURKEY OR CHICKEN DRESSING 
4 loaves sliced bread
8 c. hot turkey or chicken broth
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. black pepper
Sage
Salt

Break bread slices into small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour in broth and mix thoroughly. Add other ingredients and mix well. Season with sage and salt to suit taste. Spread mixture evenly in baking pan(s) to a depth (thickness) of 1-1 1/2 inches. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. May be served hot or cold. Keeps for 5-6 days (wrapped) in refrigerator.
