2 c. corn bread crumbs
6 to 8 slices white bread crumbs
1 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, then add enough broth (chicken or turkey) to make it very moist. Bake in an 8 x 12 inch baking dish until brown in a very hot oven at 450 to 475 degrees.
