CHICKEN OR TURKEY DRESSING 
8 c. corn bread crumbs
3-4 c. wheat bread crumbs (like leftover biscuits or loaf bread)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sage
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. sugar (opt.)
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
4 c. or more broth

Get a package of chicken bouillon so you can make all you need.

Mix all together. Add enough broth so mixture will not be stiff. Bake slowly for 1 hour in a 13"x9" pan. Makes about 12 servings.
