WEIGHT WATCHERS CHILI TWOSOME | |
10 oz. ground beef, broiled until rare 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper 1 garlic clove, minced 1 c. crushed canned tomatoes 1 c. tomato sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In a large nonstick skillet, combine beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic; saute until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors. Make 2 servings (277 calories each) |
