WHOLESOME BROWN BREAD 
3 c. quick oatmeal
2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. sunflower oil
3 c. raisins
3 c. boiling water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1 c. molasses
1 c. All Bran cereal
2 c. whole wheat flour
5-6 c. white flour

Combine oatmeal, salt, oil, raisins and boiling water; cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in cup of water; add to cooled oatmeal mixture. Beat in molasses, bran and wheat flour. Beat vigorously. Add white flour to form soft dough. Knead lightly on floured surface. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled. Press down and let rest. Make into 3 loaves. Place in 9"x5" loaf pans. Let rise until doubled. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
