VIOLA'S RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cut rhubarb

Mix and put into an unbaked pie crust.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour

Mix topping until crumb-like and put on filling.

Original recipe said bake 30 minutes with no temperature. I baked at 425 degrees for 35 minutes until crumbs are browned and rhubarb tender.
