GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 eggs, separated
1 c. Grape Nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk. Add Grape Nuts and cool. Add sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Add vanilla. Pour in 9"x13" pan or Pyrex dish. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Set in pan of water and bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven.
