1 sm. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 c. sour cream
Salt, pepper & garlic salt
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix ingredients and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
