CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 ( 3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. cranberries
2 oranges, peel and all
2 apples, peel and all cored
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. celery
1/2 c. nut meats
1 c. gingerale

Prepare Jello with water and vinegar; set aside to cool. Grind cranberries, oranges and apples; add sugar and set aside for 1 hour.

Dice celery and chopped nuts; add to cranberries, oranges and apples with gingerale. Mix into Jello. Refrigerate until set.
