SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. sweet potatoes (cooked)
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. milk (Carnation)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together and put into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Put into saucepan until melted (do not boil). Pour over and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
