3 oz. pkg. jello, any flavor
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed
11 oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin begins to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice. Add Cool Whip, blending until smooth. Stir in orange sections, marshmallows, walnuts and pineapple, reserving some fruit for garnish if desired. Pour into dessert glasses or serving bowl. Chill until set. Garnish with reserved fruit. Yield: 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
