1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 c. (15 1/2 oz. can) crushed pineapple in syrup, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin starts to thicken, 3-5 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Add Cool Whip, blend until smooth. Stir in oranges, marshmallows, nuts and pineapple. Pour into serving bowl. Chill until set. Serves 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
